Tammy Hembrow has built a fitness empire comprising a workout app, ebooks and activewear range Saski Collection.

And the 27-year-old was her own best advertisement on Monday as she showcased her impressive muscles during a gruelling gym workout.

She demonstrated her weight-based routine while spruiking her Tammy Fit app in a series of videos posted to Instagram.

‘Gym keeping me sane as per usual,’ she captioned the tutorial as she urged fans to try the workouts themselves. 

Tammy performed shoulder presses, tricep dips and cable exercises, all of which showed her toned arms at full capacity. 

The video comes after Tammy celebrated her spot on the 2021 Young Rich List.

The mother of two, who has an estimated net worth of $38million, shared her appreciation for the team who helped get her there in an Instagram post last month.
