Teresa Giudice and her boyfriend Luis ‘Louie’ Ruelas officially moved into their sprawling Montville, New Jersey mansion on Thursday, October 7.

Less than a year after the pair purchased the 7-bed, 7.5-bath house for $3.35 million, the couple of a little over a year finally get to call the place home.

The couple had commissioned the Fratantoni family — who boast a design-build firm and an interior design branch out of Arizona — to give the palatial property a bit of a face lift prior to starting their next chapter.

Luis — the co-founder and EVP of business development at Digital Media Solution — had reportedly foot the bill for the entire house as an investment property, with Giudice likely set to act as property manager, per TMZ.

The house — which was built in 2006 — was sold to them on January 8, and in March the Real Housewife of New Jersey found a seller for her 6-bed, 5.5-bath home after it sat on the market for six months.

Teresa and Luis’ new property, dubbed Clarence Manor, sits on 5.6 acres with 7,728 square feet of indoor living space, and reportedly property taxes run a whopping $74,040 per year.

As Giudice is mom to four daughters: Gia, 20, Gabriella, 17, Milania, 15, Audriana 12 and Luis has two boys, the mansion has plenty of space for them to coexist.

On September 6 — a month before move in date — the investment property was seen nearly to the finish line but needed a few last minute things.

Among the renovations, the kitchen was updated with newer features and a different color scheme to include white countertops and black cabinetry.

Continuing to lighten up the interior, the spiral staircase in the foyer was updated with new carpeting and wood banisters were painted white.

The gated property contains bells and whistles including a home theater, an exercise facility, and recreation room.

Additionally the house sports a six-car detached garage and a pool complete with with waterfalls, a slide, and a cabana.

Clearly having taken a liking to the neighborhood, the new house is just doors down from the house she shared with ex-husband Joe Giudice, which she sold in March for $2.25M.

‘It’s hard for me to sell the house,’ she said on the hit Bravo show. ‘Joe and I built the house together; we raised our four daughters in that home,’ before she maintained: ‘I am ready for a new beginning. I’m looking for a fresh start.’

Famously, the former couple of 20 years were charged with bankruptcy fraud, conspiracy to commit mail fraud, wire fraud and failing to pay taxes in 2013, with both serving time.

In October 2018 a judge ruled that Joe would be deported back to his native Italy after completing his federal sentence, and shortly thereafter they began divorce proceedings with it being finalized in September 2020.

‘In our divorce settlement, I get the house and Joe walked away with nothing because I paid off all his debt,’ Teresa shared in a confessional.
