Tesco Clubcard warning as thousands of vouchers expire today – how to redeem last minute

    [ad_1]

Tesco Clubcard holders must redeem their vouchers today to make savings and avoid disappointment. After today, shoppers with vouchers expiring on May 31, will miss out on the chance to use them.

    How does Tesco’s Clubcard work?

Every £1 spent on groceries gives customers one Clubcard point.

Vouchers can be used to save money in store, online and on fuel at Tesco filling stations as well as Esso sites with a Tesco Express.

They can also be used to save money on holidays, personal breakdown cover and eating out.

“So, as a little help from Clubcard, you’ve got extra time to spend your vouchers which were due to expire on May 31, 2021.

“Any vouchers issued in May 2019 won’t expire until November 30, 2021, giving you an extra six months to use them.

“We’ll update the expiry date on your digital vouchers, and we’ll continue to accept paper vouchers in store until the extended expiry date.

“Whether you’re planning to save on our BBQ range or treating yourself to something special, we hope this helps.”

In other Tesco news, the supermarket has started a trial of a new rapid delivery service at its Willenhall Express store in Wolverhampton.

Customers will be able to receive their groceries in less than an hour, according to the supermarket.

Chris Poad, Online Managing Director at Tesco, said: “Customers are telling us that they would welcome the addition of a 60-minute delivery to their door option as part of our online grocery service.

“We’ll use the pilot to understand how Whoosh could work best for both our customers and our colleagues.”
