Teyana Taylor shows off washboard abs at Colin In Black And White premiere

Teyana Taylor put her washboard abs on display when she swung by a glamorous fete in Los Angeles this Thursday night.

The 30-year-old singer was at the Los Angeles County Museum Of Art for the premiere of the new Netflix miniseries about Colin Kaepernick.

For the big event Teyana sizzled in a sleek black bandeau that matched her fashionable Vanson leather jacket.

Sharpening her unmistakable features with  makeup she clasped on an understated necklace to add an extra touch of glitz to the look.

Teyana emphasized her slender legs in a pair of high-waisted black slacks that featured a leather waistband and kneepads.

She rounded off the look with a pair of platform shoes that featured sky blue soles, lending a splash of contrast to the ensemble. 

The new show Colin In Black And White is a miniseries in which Colin Kaepernick’s life is dramatized – with the real-life subject narrating it himself.

Ava DuVernay has directed the miniseries which stars teen actor Jaden Michael, 18, as a young version of the title character.

Meanwhile Parks And Recreation scene-stealer Nick Offerman and Weeds star Mary-Louise Parker will feature as his adoptive parents.

Teyana announced this past December that she was retiring from music, citing how ‘overlooked’ and ‘super under appreciated’ she felt by the industry.

She will however give her fans a 12-city farewell tour, beginning November 7 in San Francisco and wrapping up November 30 in Atlanta.

As for her personal life Teyana is married to sizzling NBA star Iman Shumpert and they share two daughters – Junie, five, and Rue, one.

Teyana welcomed baby Rue into the world three months before she publicly announced her retirement from music after just three solo studio albums.
