The Killers announce 2022 Australian tour after having to reschedule due to the Covid-19 pandemic
The Killers are bringing their Imploding the Mirage Tour to Australia in 2022.
The American rock band will play nine arena and outdoor shows next year in the Barossa Valley, Brisbane, Geelong, Hunter Valley, Melbourne, Sydney and Perth.
Tickets go on sale from Monday, November 15.

The Killers were originally scheduled to tour Australia in 2020, but the Covid-19 pandemic put a stop to that.
This will be the band’s first time in Australia since their last tour in 2018.
The Killers were formed by Brandon Flowers and Dave Keuning in 2001 in Las Vegas. They have since released seven chart-topping albums.

The tour announcement comes after lead singer Brandon underwent surgery to repair a torn labrum in a mountain biking accident.
The vocalist, 39, revealed during an Instagram Q&A with the band’s drummer Ronnie Vannucci Jr in February he was on the road to recovery.
‘Some of you may have seen the picture I posted and some footage when I went over the handlebars on my bike and an injury from that has manifested itself,’ he said.
