At least 60,000 supporters will be allowed to attend Wembley beyond the quarter-final stage, raising the capacity to 75 per cent, the government confirmed in Tuesday.

England seem most likely to face familiar rivals Germany, who are second in Group F. Portugal are third and outsiders Hungary are bottom.

France are top and will go through as winners if they defeat Portugal.

The final matches in Group F take place on Wednesday but the group remains tightly poised, with no clear structure.
