Arsenal chief Edu told important role he could play in Gunners landing 'next Neymar'

Endrick has already received a glowing recommendation from Tottenham’s Brazilian forward Richarlison, and compared him to a legend in the game. “I think Endrick [has impressed Richarlison],” the Spurs man told Copa90.

“He’s playing in Palmeiras. Yeah, he’s very strong, same as Adriano. Good player, I watch him play in the national team. I think in two years, he’ll be playing in Europe.”

He would be able to join a strong Brazilian contingent at the Gunners should they be able to get a deal over the line, with Jesus, Martinelli, Marquinhos and Gabriel in the squad. Arsenal will have to pay a hefty fee for Endrick, though, as the 16-year-old has a release clause of £50million in his contract.
