According to Rightmove, properties in Rotherham had an overall average price of £165,644 over the last year.
The majority of sales in Rotherham during the last year were semi-detached properties, selling for an average price of £160,740. Terraced properties sold for an average of £118,068, with detached properties fetching £288,305.
Overall, sold prices in Rotherham over the last year were three percent down on the previous year and 12 percent up on the 2019 peak of £147,331.
