Noel Fitzpatrick will appear this morning on Tim Lovejoy and Simon Rimmer’s Sunday Brunch. The vet will join the Channel Four hosts alongside Jessie Cave, Jim Sturgess, Troye Sivan, and Raye.

Although it is unclear how much Noel earns, it is possible to gain some idea by looking at the price list on his referrals website.

There is an online document from 2019 for Orthopaedics and Neurology price listings that says an initial orthopaedic consultation is priced at £210.

A repeat consultation costs £115, which is slightly above the average cost quoted at other UK practices.

Noel’s full job title is an orthopaedic-neuro veterinary surgeon, and he is also the founder and managing director of Fitzapatrick Referrals.

Before rising to fame as the star of Channel Four’s The Supervet in 2014, Noel appeared in several other TV programmes.

Born in County Laois in Ireland, the vet obtained a Bachelor of Veterinary Medicine from University College Dublin in 1990, before moving to the UK.

In 2002, the animal doctor tried his hand at acting.

He starred in two episodes of ITV’s Heartbeat as vet Andrew Lawrence, and even appeared in an episode of BBC medical drama Casualty in 2005.

Noel has acted in films too, including The Devil’s Tattoo in 2003 and Live for the Moment in 2004.

The Bionic Vet was launched on the BBC in 2010, following the work of Noel at his veterinary practice in Surrey, and later, in 2014, came The Supervet.

The animal lover has spoken about his career on various popular TV and radio programmes, including The One Show, Graham Nortons BBC Radio 2 show, Steve Wright in the Afternoon, and The Chris Evans Breakfast Show.

Noel still lives in Eashing, Surrey, after moving to Guildford, in the same county, in 1993.
