The Duke and the Duchess of Sussex could be welcoming their second child in a matter of weeks. According to royal commentator Daniela Elser, the next “three or so weeks” could be decisive in resolving any purported issues between the Sussexes and Harry’s family.
Ms Elser explained how welcoming a new family member could either bring people together or create a further division.
She wrote in news.com.au: “In fact, the next three or so weeks could make or break whether Harry ever truly patches things up with his family.
“At some point in the very near future, Meghan, Duchess of Sussex is set to give birth to her second child, a little girl, and the bub’s arrival could be the catalyst so desperately needed to bring the two men back together.
“That or things could fall even more spectacularly apart, so no pressure now.
“Babies after all have a way of bringing people together, or tearing them apart.”
Another reason why Prince Harry could soon face his brother is the unveiling of a statue in honour of their late mother, Princess Diana.
The event, set to take place in July on what would have been Diana’s 60th birthday, could see Harry return to the UK and reuniting with his family.
Royal expert Katie Nicholl said the thought of Prince William unveiling the statue alone “just wouldn’t feel right to anyone,” adding that Harry will most likely make a “whistle-stop trip” to pay tribute to his mother.
