Anderson Cooper reveals his son Wyatt is obsessed with feet in an interview on Ellen

    Anderson Cooper made a rather surprising admission about his son Wyatt during a visit to Ellen that airs this coming week.

    The 54-year-old TV host welcomed Wyatt via a surrogate in late April 2020, with him and ex Benjamin Maisani co-parenting the child.

    Cooper also unveiled the People Magazine cover he’s sharing with hiss 17-month old son, before revealing his son is obsessed with feet.

    When Ellen asked about his son, Cooper said, ‘he’s just delicious,’ while they displayed a photo with Cooper, Maisani and Wyatt, who was barefoot.

    ‘I’m not sure why he’s always showing off his feet, I’m not sure why, but there it is,’ Cooper added.

    He added that one of his first words was ‘shoes,’ as Ellen mentioned, ‘He is into feet,’ as Cooper laughed and said he hadn’t, ‘made that connection.’

    ‘It’s sort of like the guy from Monopoly or the guy from an old time movie,’ Cooper added, as Ellen asked him to do it.

    ‘It’s so cheesy,’ Cooper joked, before adding that Wyatt, ‘loves it’ when he says ‘hello’ in a funny accent and tips his imaginary cap towards him.

    He added that it’s also like the Popeye character Wimpy and his classic line, ‘I’d gladly pay you Tuesday for a hamburger today.’

    He also revealed in a podcast interview last week that he doesn’t plan on leaving his son Wyatt an inheritance of any kind.

    ‘I don’t know what I’ll have,’ Cooper said, before explaining that he plans on doing the same thing his parents did for him.

    He also revealed recently that his late mother, Gloria Morgan Vanderbilt, told him years ago there was no trust fund set aside for him.
