“They say fame and fortune and attention is a gift, but it can also be a curse.”

Joshua, who is estimated to be worth £115million in the Sunday Times Rich List, also revealed how much he struggles with everything else that comes with boxing – the media duties, sponsors, fame.

The 2012 Olympic champion suggested he would rather stay up all night watching video clips than work on enhancing his brand.

“Boxers, we are pure,” Joshua continued. “We just wanted to elevate ourselves and we found ourselves addicted to progress in our sport – and then it became about being a role model, standing up for certain things, and we make mistakes, we get things right.
