Nelson made just two Premier League appearances off the bench as Arteta brought in Martin Odegaard on loan in January.
With Emile Smith Rowe handed the number 10 shirt this summer, it’s clear he has surpassed Nelson in the pecking order.
Still only 21, Nelson has plenty more to offer and could revitalise his promising career at the King Power Stadium.
