Beauty and the Geek winners Lachlan and Kiera reveal the one racy scene that left them 'terrified'

Lachlan Mansell and Kiera Johnstone won Beauty and the Geek earlier this week.

And the pair have now spoken about their time on the Nine dating show, and revealed the one racy scene that left them ‘terrified’.

The duo told Yahoo! Lifestyle they were horrified to perform the Magic Mike scene.

The pair had to perform a Magic Mike-inspired dance in front of the other couples. 

Kiera called the experience ‘daunting’ and added: ‘It put me completely out of my comfort zone and out of my depth and I felt like a little fish should have in a very very big pond.’

‘I think you could see the horror in our faces when we were told that’s what we were gonna do.’

Lachlan said he was ‘pretty terrified’ before taking to the stage.

‘Hand-eye coordination is probably not one of my strongest assets, so I knew the Magic Mike challenge was going to be a struggle, so thankfully, the whole competition wasn’t decided solely on that challenge,’ he said.

Meanwhile on Wednesday, the pair spoke about their relationship on KIIS FM’s Kyle and Jackie O.

Radio host Kyle Sandilands asked them if they were ever intimate or kissed, and Lachlan revealed they did actually lock lips once in a scene that didn’t air on TV.

‘It was just a friendship, the closest we got was during the Magic Mike challenge,’ he said. 

‘The last part where the platform got elevated up to the ceiling, I did kiss Kiera on the lips at that point.’

Despite their kiss, Kiera clarified they had a ‘platonic’ relationship, but was nonetheless full of praise for Lachlan.

‘We had a platonic love and I think it can be just as good as romantic love,’ she said.  

‘He did kiss me once and that’s how far it went. It was a very quick kiss,’ she added.

Lachlan and Kiera were crowned the winners of Beauty and the Geek during Tuesday night’s finale.

The pair earned the most votes from the other contestants, ahead of Alexander Wojno and Eliza Sowada-Smith, and Josie Werner and George Goldfeder.

Lachlan and Kiera broke down in tears as host Sophie Monk announced they’d won the life-changing $100,000 cash prize.
