Bec Judd treats herself to a chicken burger after flaunting her tiny figure in activewear

    But on Friday, Bec Judd treated herself to a cheeky treat as she head out on a road trip ahead of the weekend.

    The 38-year-old shared an short video on her Instagram Story with a filter that showed the footage was captured at 10:42am.

    Her clip showed her in the front passenger seat of a luxury Land Rover Defender.

    In the front compartment was a $30 bottle of Pinot Nero Rosé from Bird In Hand Winery.

    Meanwhile, in her lap was McChicken burger box from McDonald’s – likely a late breakfast or mid-morning snack on the way to her weekend getaway.

    In the caption, she boasted that her ride, the wine and her meal were her ‘essential travel items’ while ‘on the road again.’

    The mother-of-four, who is married to former AFL star Chris Judd, has spoken about her workout routine in the past, saying she loves playing cardio tennis.

    ‘It’s the only exercise I’ve ever done in my life where I look at my watch and I go, “Damn it, there’s only 10 minutes left!” Usually I when I’m exercising I’m always watching my clock wanting it to be over.’

    The TV and radio presenter previously told Daily Mail Australia that she likes to keep her diet fairly relaxed, but always has a healthy dinner.

    Speaking about her day on a plate, Rebecca said she enjoys muesli for breakfast, focaccia for lunch, and meat and vegetables for dinner.

    ‘Breakfast is usually muesli and a strong latte,’ she said. ‘Lunch I’ll grab my fave brown rice sushi or a focaccia, yum!

    Rebecca also revealed that her children aren’t fussy eaters, which is no doubt a good thing when it comes to cooking family dinners.

    The couple share four children together: son Oscar, nine, daughter Billie, six, and four-year-old twins Tom and Darcy.
