    Britney Spears is gearing up for another ‘very interesting’ week in court as she battles to end her 13-year conservatorship.

    The 39-year-old popstar shared a lengthy caption to Instagram on Monday evening where she told her millions of followers that she was ‘only human’ for saying things on social media ‘out of anger.’

    Spears accused her mother Lynne of being the architect of the conservatorship that has restricted her every move for the last 13 years, fuming in an angry Instagram post shared and then swiftly deleted earlier this month: ‘You know exactly what you did.’

    ‘I know I’ve said some things on my Insta out of anger and I’m sorry but I’m only human … and I believe you’d feel the same way if you were me!!! Anyway it’s a new day and I can’t say I’m never going to complain again … cuz who knows!!! God bless you all and have a great day.’

    Just last week, Britney waged a new war with her mom, despite Lynne’s attempts to take Britney’s side in her row with her father Jamie, Lynne’s ex-husband, over the conservatorship.

    ‘She secretly ruined my life … and yes I will call her and Lou Taylor out on it … so take your whole ‘I have NO IDEA what’s going on’ attitude and go f*** yourself!!!!’
