Charlotte Dawson puts on an animated display as she arrives at pal's birthday party in Manchester 

Charlotte Dawson looked as if she was having a great time as she kicked her leg in the air while arriving at pal Ryan Kay’s birthday party in Manchester on Friday. 

The reality TV star, 28, looked stunning in a busty white strapless dress which boasted a thigh skimming slit and showcased her enviable legs. 

The mother-of-one was glowing in the glamorous outfit, and she later posed with her arm around fiancé Matt Sarsfield while wearing skyscraper nude high heels.

Charlotte’s brunette locks were styled in a side parting and she let them cascade over one shoulder in soft waves.  

Her make up was done up to the nines as she wore a glamorous eyeshadow look and false eyelashes. 

Accessorising the look, she kept things simple by holding a cream quilted bag in her hand and wearing a gold watch on her wrist.

Charlotte appeared in high spirits, a stark contrast to the middle of June when she broke down in tears and revealed she is on the brink of ‘dangerous’ type 2 diabetes.

The reality star, whose comedian father Les suffered from diabetes, was also diagnosed with gestational diabetes when she was pregnant with her son Noah.  

She revealed she attended the doctor after feeling lethargic and ‘a bit funny’ only to be told she is on the verge of type 2 diabetes and having to take insulin.

In an emotional video on her Instagram Charlotte told her followers in June: ‘This is quite a scary story time to talk to you all about. I get so many questions about the gestational diabetes I had with Noah.

‘I said, “You just get rid of it as soon as you have the baby.”

‘So I recently went to the doctors last week cause I’ve kind of felt a bit like when I was pregnant with gestational diabetes. It is completely different to type two diabetes.

‘Last week I went to the doctors and I’ve actually basically been warned.’

‘Some tests have come back cause obviously they wanted to see me about the diabetes and I’m a bit like my dad. I don’t like going to the doctors. I don’t like doing stuff like that. I’ve basically been told I could have type 2 diabetes if I don’t sort my diet out.

‘They’ve said obviously they need to keep a check on me now cause of my family history and everything. So yeah, I’ve got to change my diet completely.’

Charlotte Dawson welcomed her first child, Noah, now seven months old, with fiancé Matthew in January.
