Charlotte Olympia looked worse for wear as she and a friend were seen being escorted from the GQ Men Of The Year Awards on Wednesday night.
The designer – who is famed for her quirky shoe and accessories – was pictured slumped on the floor while her friend was wrapped in a foil blanket before the pair left the Tate Modern in London.
Charlotte, 40, wore a black latex dress for the red carpet event teamed with towering heels – that she kicked off when leaving as she was seen wandering around barefoot.

Her friend was also seen walking around without shoes and hitched up the ruffled black skirt she had teamed with a bodysuit.
The pair were given bottles of water which they were seen clutching onto as they chatted behind the security railing before being sent on their way.

Charlotte founded her eponymous shoe line in 2008 and has shops in the UK, Russia America and Dubai.
The designer is married to Maxim Crewe, a partner in a private equity firm, and they have three children and live in west London.
Her designs are influenced by classical Hollywood glamour from the 1940s and 50s and the brand is best known for the Island platform Dolly pump, the Kitty flat and perspex Pandora clutch box.

The collections are loved among celebrities, with the likes of Katy Perry, Kate Moss and Lady Gaga all fans of the brand.
Speaking to the Business Of Fashion about her inspiration, the designer said: ‘Since I can remember, I wanted to design and I think it came from my love of glamour, from the movies I saw at a young age with my mother, from Gilda to Gone With The Wind.
‘It was that old Hollywood glamour that got me into my love of fashion.”

Charlotte isn’t the only fashionista in her family as she is the sister of elder sister of model Alice Dellal, 34, who is a well-known face in the fashion world, and models for Chanel, Agent Provocateur and Marc Jacobs.
As the granddaughter of ‘Black’ Jack Dellal, the Brazilian property tycoon, the sisters inherited a fortune of £800 million.
Despite this, Alice has always been hardworking and famed photographer Mario Testino once called her his ‘muse.’
