Chelsea transfer shortlist: Four deals Marina Granovskaia can work on after Euro 2020

    Declan Rice

West Ham’s Declan Rice was one of England’s standout performers from Euro 2020, and put in a brilliant display in Sunday’s final against Italy.

Former boss Frank Lampard was desperate to sign Rice last summer, but the move would have set them back a further £73m on top of the £250m they’d already spent.

This year, however, they could go back in for the young midfielder, who would act as a long-term replacement for N’Golo Kante.

West Ham are still reluctant to sell, but if Rice decides he wants to leave, he could back the Hammers into a corner.
