    Back To The Future’s Christopher Lloyd, 82, leads the stars at West End musical adaptation of his hit film


    He famously portrayed Dr. Emmett ‘Doc’ Brown in the Back to the Future trilogy.

    And Christopher Lloyd led the stars at the musical adaptation of his hit films at the Adelphi Theatre in London on Monday.

    The American actor, 82, wore a smart black blazer with a navy shirts and jeans as he posed for a slew of snaps ahead of watching Back to the Future: The Musical.

    The two-time Emmy award winner captivated audiences with his portrayal of the quirky, eccentric professor from 1985 to 1990.   

    Christopher was joined by his wife Jane Walker Wood, 61, who looked stylish in black leather trousers and a black blazer. 

    She paired her outfit with a black polo neck sweater and pointed toe kitten heels. 

    Also in attendance was Love Island’s Amy Hart, the beauty looked summery in a floral ruffled skirt and matching crop top.

    Her blonde locks were styled in loose curls and her glam make-up enhanced her natural beauty. 

    Actors Lorraine Ashbourne and her husband Andy Serkis also made an appearance.

    Lorraine looked effortlessly chic in a black dress with sheer polka dot detailing along her arm and chest.

    Andy opted for a pop of colour in a multi coloured stripped shirt covered by a navy jacket.

    Back to The Future screenwriter Bob Gale was in a jovial mood as he goofed around for photographers. 

    He looked dapper in a tailored grey suit which he paired with a white shirt and grey tie. 

    American singer songwriter Glen Ballard and composer Alan Silvestri were also spotted at the event.

    Glen turned heads in a bright neon green suit which he paired with a purple T-shirt and hat while 

    Alan looked sharp as he dressed in a black suit, shirt and tie.

    The 1985 blockbuster and pop culture phenomenon Back To The Future has been adapted into a new musical adventure on the West End. 

    Marty McFly finds himself transported back to 1955 in a time machine built by the eccentric scientist Doc Brown, he accidentally changes the course of history.

    Now he’s in a race against time to fix the present, escape the past and send himself… back to the future. 

    Adapting the movie for stage were the movie’s creators Bob Gale (Back to the Future trilogy) and Robert Zemeckis (Forrest Gump). 

    The production features original music by multi-Grammy winners Alan Silvestri (Avengers: Endgame) and Glen Ballard (Michael Jackson’s Man in the Mirror), alongside hit songs from the movie including The Power of Love, Johnny B. Goode, Earth Angel and Back in Time.

    Tony Award-winning director John Rando leads the Tony and Olivier Award-winning creative team.
