Dance Moms alum Chloé Lukasiak threw her girlfriend Brooklinn Khoury a surprise picnic on the beach Sunday – four days after the one-year anniversary of Brook’s mauling by dog.

‘Despite all the hardship she has experienced the past year, never once has she wavered in being the most incredible human I’ve ever met,’ the 20-year-old dancer wrote on Instagram.

‘I wanted to celebrate her in a way she would love so I invited everyone she loves most and threw her a surprise picnic on the beach. Thank you so much to @picnicgalore for helping me make it a happy day for her. Truly the most beautiful setup and best people celebrating.’

The 22-year-old skateboarder responded: ‘@chloelukasiak took the time to put together something so special for me on the day that hurt me the most. I can’t even begin to describe what this meant to me, and how much you mean to me. There are no words to describe you. Happy smile day.’

‘Smile day’ indeed as BXM Cakes’ smiley-faced cookies were placed on each pink plate of the 16 guests seated at a long wooden table.

Brooklinn was signaling she now feels comfortable smiling after a pit bull ‘ripped off’ her upper lip and parts of her nose while visiting family in Arizona.

‘My life changed completely,’ Khoury wrote on Instagram.
