– Juice of half a lemon
– 15ml simple syrup
– Soda water
– Strawberries
Then the cocktail can be made in just three simple steps:
1. Combine the gin, lemon juice and simple syrup in a highball
2. Stir, add in some ice and fresh strawberry slices along with the soda water
3. Garnish with a fresh lemon wedge if you’re feeling especially fancy.
