The photo series was a treasure chest full of moments taken from the long-awaited Friends reunion, which finally aired last month.

One of the more heart-melting images was of the cast sharing a huddle just before appearing on stage.

‘Cast huddle right before the live Reunion audience,’ David described the image.

Another behind-the-scenes moment captured was of the cast during their table read.

Jennifer and Joey appeared to be in the midst of delivering their lines as they sat around a small circular table with their costars.

Other photos included one of the cast sitting on that iconic mustard yellow couch as they spoke with host James Corden, whom David referred to as ‘the best possible host we could have asked for.’

David also shared a photo of himself, Matthew Perry, and Matt LeBlanc reuniting with their first assistant director, Ben Weiss.

‘Unexpected reunion with our brilliant and big hearted 1st AD! Thanks for all those years @benweiss71,’ he described the snap.

‘Thank you @hbomax for bringing us back together…’ David finished off the caption.

The highly-anticipated Friends reunion was officially released on HBO Max last month, and fans sure learned a lot about their famous group of pals – including David and Jennifer’s mutual crush on one another.

The revelation was certainly a juicy one, considering the pair played each other’s love interests, Rachel Green and Ross Gellar.

‘I mean, the first season, I had a major crush on Jen. At some point, we were crushing hard on each other,’ David revealed.

‘But it was like two ships passing, because one of us was always in a relationship and we never crossed that boundary,’ he explained.

Matt LeBlanc, who played Joey Tribbiani, jokingly said: ‘Bulls**t.’

Jennifer recalled the conversation she had with David prior to their first on-screen kiss.

‘Honestly, I remember saying one time to David, “It’s going to be such a bummer if the first time you and I actually kiss is going to be on national television,”‘ Jennifer said. ‘Sure enough, first time we kissed was in that coffee shop. So, we just channeled all of our love and adoration for each other into Ross and Rachel.’

David and Jennifer also spent time together during breaks from rehearsal, with David recalling that they would ‘cuddle on the couch.’

‘We would spoon and fall asleep on the couch,’ Jennifer said.

‘I thought back on the very first year or two, when we had breaks from rehearsal, there were moments where we would cuddle on the couch,’ David said. ‘And I’m thinking how did not everyone know we were crushing on each other?!’

However, Courteney Cox and Matthew Perry both said they ‘knew’ about David and Jennifer’s attraction to each other.

Fans were delighted to see their favorite stars reunite on camera for the first time in years, but reunion director Ben Winston said that moment was almost ruined after all of the star’s trailers were placed next to each other prior to filming.

‘I was so upset,’ Ben said in an interview with The Sunday Times. ‘The point of the show is they haven’t seen each other. But it was too late to move them.’

In order to avoid an encounter between the cast off-camera, he had tents built around their doorways and urged them to remain in their dressing rooms.

‘We built tents around each of their doorways. And I texted the six of them and said, “Look, I know you want to see each other but I’m begging you: please stay in your own dressing room until you’re called to the stage. I really want to catch that moment.”‘
