Jacqueline Jossa enjoys rare date night in Manchester with husband Dan Osborne

Jacqueline Jossa and husband Dan Osborne took time away from parenting duties as they enjoyed a rare date in Manchester on Friday night.

The former EastEnders actress, 28, cut a bright figure in a green jacket which she teamed with skinny black jeans. 

The couple put on a loved-up display as they walked hand-in-hand to Menagerie bar.

Jacqueline layered the blazer atop of a simple black T-shirt and complemented the look with suede boots and a faux crocodile print handbag.

She slicked her hair back in a ponytail and showed off her radiant complexion with a polished make-up look. 

Dan, 30, meanwhile, showed off his inkings in a white T-shirt and paired the look with cargo trousers.

Their date comes after Jacqueline praised Dan for encouraging her body confidence, saying he doesn’t care if she has an eight-pack. 

The actress, 28, who lost over 8lbs after overhauling her fitness routine said the former TOWIE star, ‘hates it when I go on a diet’.

Speaking in an interview with The Sun, Jacqueline said: ‘He doesn’t care whether I’ve got an eight-pack.’If I say, “Right, I need to go to the gym. I need to do this,” he says if I want to I should and that’s as far as it goes.

‘He hates it when I’ve gone on strict diets. He’s like, “Babe, come on, don’t kill yourself over it.”‘  

‘He makes me feel so confident all the time.’
