The 37-year-old shared a series of photos alongside her mum to Instagram.
‘Happy 70th birthday mum! Love you so much! You are such a beautiful soul – selfless and caring,’ Jennifer wrote.

In another image, the model smiled as she stood alongside her mum who carried her daughter Frankie Violet.

The Instagram photo showed the model laying down as Frankie gave her tummy a hug.
The 37-year-old captioned the sweet image, ‘Frankie hugging her little bro. Melt!’ as well as adding crying and love heart emojis.

The former Miss Universe Australia first revealed she and her husband Jake Wall were expecting their second child together on Instagram in July.
‘Round two!! Jake and I are so happy to share that we are expecting a baby BOY!!! We both feel really blessed and couldn’t be happier to grow our little family!’ she wrote in the caption at the time.
She added: ‘Can’t wait to see our Frankie girl as a big sis!!’
