Jessica Mauboy and fiancé Themeli Magripilis step out in Sydney

Jessica Mauboy and her fiancé Themeli Magripilis are rarely seen together. 

But on Sunday, the couple were spotted out and about together grabbing coffee in Sydney’s Paddington during lockdown.

The pair were both rugged up in winter outfits to brave the cold and had masks over their faces to protect from coronavirus.

The couple had their pet pooch with them, who they talk on a walk as part of their daily exercise.

Themeli wore a pair of tracksuit pants, a black parka, a black beanie and a matching face mask.

Jessica was just as casual in white pants, a blue denim jacked and an oversized blush scarf.

The songstress was forced to postpone her wedding to Themeli last year thanks to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic. 

Last week, the 31-year-old, who is notoriously private when it comes to her personal life, shared a sweet photo of herself cosying up to Themeli and their pet pooch.

Referring to the current lockdown in Sydney, Jessica captioned the post: ‘I don’t know what I’d do without these two.’ 

She added: ‘Thinking of everyone. Stay safe xx.’

Jessica announced their engagement in October 2019, with the proposal taking place in the idyllic Greece where Themeli’s family are from. 

‘The love of my life proposed to me in his family’s home town of Kalymnos, Greece, on the beach at sunset. We are so happy. I can’t wait to spend the rest of my life with my best friend.’

Before getting engaged, the pair had been dating for well over a decade.

In August last year, the Never Be The Same singer spoke about having to postpone their wedding amid the coronavirus pandemic.

Speaking on Nova’s Fitzy and Wippa, Jessica said it had been ‘so sad’ and ‘so hard’ to put her wedding plans on hold.

‘So I’m going to leave it for some time, it really is about rebuilding people and giving back to people [at the moment],’ she said.

Jessica also revealed at the time that she intends to perform one of her famous songs on their wedding day.
