    JoJo Siwa will make history on Dancing with the Stars as she’s set to perform with a female professional dancer, marking the first same-sex partnership on the long-running show.

    Siwa, 18, admitted she was ‘so excited’ to be dancing with a girl in a clip shared to Twitter on Thursday afternoon.

    Olympic gold medalist Suni Lee also signed on to star on the popular dancing competition show which pairs celebrities with pros in a quest for the coveted mirrorball trophy.

    ‘I am so excited to be apart of this year’s Dancing with the Stars Season 30 and to be dancing with a girl … I think it’s so cool,’ she told her millions of fans.

    ‘It’s going to be the best ever. I can’t wait to just dance every single week, I can’t wait to meet my partner. Oh my gosh, there’s so many things I’m so excited for!’

    Suni, who recently returned from an award-winning trip at the Tokyo Olympics, took a break from practice to film a quick clip shared to @DancingABC.

    ‘I’m so excited to be joining Season 30 of Dancing with the Stars,’ she said. ‘See you on the dance floor!’
