Karl Stefanovic and Jasmine Yarbrough recently bought a $3.2 million house together in Castlecrag, on Sydney’s Lower North Shore.
And it appears it has now turned into a nice investment property for the pair, as the three-bedroom house is up for rent for $1800 per week.
Tenants can take the new lease from from September 12, The Daily Telegraph reported on Saturday.

The property boasts views over Castlecrag’s north escarpment and is close to the village’s cafés and shops.
The house includes a self-contained unit with a separate entry and its own bathroom, reports realestate.com.au.
While there was talk that the pair planned to renovate the property to accommodate their family, instead they’re renting ‘a more opulent Castlecrag abode down the road’ The Daily Telegraph claimed.

The Today host, 46, and his shoe designer wife, 37, were forced to find an alternative residence after the home they’d been renting was recently sold for over $8million.
Sources told The Daily Telegraph last month that the ‘modest’ family house will be used as their Sydney base, however it now appears they don’t plan to move in.
They also own a holiday home on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast, which they bought for $3.6million in January last year and travel to frequently.

Karl and Jasmine, along with their one-year-old daughter, Harper, divide their time between Sydney and Queensland.
The Yarborough family is based in the Sunshine State, while Karl began his journalism career there.
The couple married in December 2018 in San José del Cabo, Mexico.
