Kate drops 'royal smile' for 'more personal' one in new video – 'dramatically different'

“Gone are any self-effacing signals and in their place is a more mature, assertive woman who looks more of a leader than someone whose key job is to just stand alongside her husband.”

Despite the video only really displaying Kate’s head and shoulders, the expert noticed that her whole body was moving behind the screen.

She explained: “The real ‘tell’ that reveals her sense of serious energy, status and power though comes from her use of the heel-bounce to emphasise her points.

“She bounces up and down onto her heels frequently in this brief message and the effect is to inspire the teams in a very firm and emphatic way.”

This firm and emphatic speech was only compounded by her choice of clothing, according to the expert.
