Katherine Schwarzenegger led the charge when it came to wishing mom Maria Shriver a happy 66th birthday on Saturday.
The 31-year-old podcast host and author penned a gushing tribute to her ‘hero’ and ‘rock’ Maria, while brother Patrick Schwarzenegger, 28, called her ‘my everything.’
Both shared snaps of memories with the matriarch throughout the years and looked to be celebrating that evening with an elegant party at her Brentwood estate.

Several posts showed the mommy-daughter duo over two decades ago, including one snap with a horse and one formal portrait, and other images showed precious moments taken during their travels over the years.
Another image displayed a rare glimpse at her daughter Lyla while the former First Lady of California, cradled her at sunset in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho.

The Midnight Sun actor posted a few stunning snaps of best-selling author out in nature during various family vacations, and also shared a look at preparations for an intimate at-home celebration.
The backyard celebration will assumably be attended by close friends of the family as well as all four kids: Katherine, Patrick, Christina, 30, and Christopher, 24 who she shares with ex-husband Arnold Schwarzenegger.
In Patrick’s post he flashed a glimpse at his very trim younger brother as he remarked ‘my dawg in better shape than me.’

The whole family looked to be gearing up for the elegant party as flowers and balloons were glimpsed as well as heaters and stacks of white linens sprawled all over the backyard.
Maria’s birthday came just days after her son-in-law Chris Pratt ruffled feathers with an early birthday post to Katherine six weeks early.
And though the whole family seemed to rally behind the post with Maria calling it ‘so sweet’ and Patrick responding with a string of emojis, social media took issue with it.
Many slammed his caption as both ‘sexist’ and ‘ableist,’ when he seemed to refer to Katherine as a possession by calling her ‘his greatest treasure’ behind a baseball card, and thanked her for giving him a ‘gorgeous, healthy daughter.’

His first son Jack, nine, with ex-wife Anna Faris was born two months prematurely and spent a month in the NICU and struggles with health issues.
Jack battled a cerebral hemorrhage (severe brain bleeding), a ‘little heart issue,’ and went on to have a few hernia and eye surgeries, and currently still has problems with his vision and leg muscles.
‘Where does your other child fall in line after the baseball card?’ wrote one, while others doubled down ‘How’s your son doing?’ and said the emphasis on ‘healthy child’ was ‘insensitive’ and ‘cruel.’
