Kristen Bell and Dax Shepard gushed about each other’s physique on The Ellen DeGeneres Show.

The 41-year-old actress and her actor husband Dax, 46, discussed their workout regimen in a sneak peek of their appearance on Monday on the daytime talk show.

Ellen, 63, noted that Dax has been ‘working out like crazy’.

‘Isn’t he a hunk? Isn’t he a hunk?,’ said Kristen who wore a black sweater and blue skinny jeans for their appearance.

‘Look at this. Look at this guy,’ Kristen continued as Dax flexed his biceps.

Dax explained that he was age 46 and it was his last chance to ‘pack on some raw beef’.

The actor said he picked up his workouts during quarantine and Kristen said he focused on his ‘biceps and butt’.

‘Because he’s always sort of looked a little bit like he was riding a chicken,’ Kristen said. ‘But he really beefed up his legs and now he’s a big boy’.

‘I got no complaints,’ she added.

Kristen also flexed her biceps and shared that Dax helps her with workout tips.

Dax then said he didn’t want to ‘objectify’ Kristen, but then asked her to show off her ‘buns’ in her jeans.

‘This outfit, I couldn’t get my eyes off it,’ Dax said as Kristen stood up and showed off her rear end with a mini squat.

‘It’s not objectification. I am proud because I have put a lot of work into them,’ Kristen said.

Dax and Kristen have been married since 2013 and have daughters Lincoln, eight, and Delta, six, together.

They also played a cute game called the Five Second Rule in which Dax praised their children for being thoughtful, loving of animals and beautiful like Kristen.
