Bell’s presentation came after asking guests if they remembered what position they gave birth, to which, one woman replied: ‘Just laying down with my legs up in the stirrups.’

Afterward, another mom asked: ‘Isn’t that the only position?’

‘No, they offer you so many!’ Bell replied, while excitedly spinning around in her chair to show how a laboring mama can give birth on her knees.

In 2015 when speaking about delivering her youngest via C-section, Bell gushed ‘as who has never experimented with drugs’ she ‘really enjoyed it.’

‘It was kind of a wonderful experience for me. While they were doing it I actually thought what else could we get done down their while? Maybe lengthen the shins? I’ve always wanted to be like 5ft 7in. Just anything to keep the epidural flowing,’ she joked on Ellen.

Her husband, however, recalled feeling a bit uneasy as he looked at his wife during the delivery, who he said appeared ‘completely disassembled’ after laboring for 33 hours.
