Larry Emdur turns to fans for advice on his investment property – as he attempts to turn a ‘dilapidated termites nest’ into a ‘boho’ dream
Larry Emdur and his wife Sylvie recently purchased a dilapidated property with the hopes of transforming into a stunning new home.
And on Monday, the 56-year-old asked fans for advice as he and his wife debated over what to do with a rather damaged portion of the house.
Sharing a photo of the graffiti covered wall to Instagram, the TV star asked: ‘Okay I need your help to resolve this reno argument.

‘Sylvie wants to expose the old brick walls and white-wash them for an industrial boho look.
‘I just want to paint smiley faces on all the old walls for a smiley boho look , it’ll be cheaper and happier… am I right?!’
‘Sylvie for the win!’ one fan commented while another added: ‘I’m sure from experience you’d know the wife always wins’.

Larry bought the derelict block of land at Neverfail Bay in Berowra Waters in late August.
The block of land was last sold for $575,000 in 1999. It was purchased by the Emdurs for $1million dollars.
