Jimmy Bartel and his partner Lauren Mand have kept a low profile since a video of his ex wife Nadia ‘snorting white powder’ went viral in September.

But as Henne founder Nadia continues to face the repercussions of the leaked footage, Lauren, 31, has been working on an empire of her own.

Daily Mail Australia can reveal that the Melbourne-based socialite quietly announced the launch of her fine jewelry line, RE.FINE ATELIER.

Lauren set up a business Instagram account to promote her upcoming new project just weeks after Bartel’s world came crashing down on September 3.

‘Re.fine essentials, everyday beauty,’ she captioned a post of a model wearing a series of three gold chains a emerald coloured jewel.

It’s unclear if the necklaces featured in the post are from Lauren’s collection or being used as inspiration.

‘Something is coming,’ she teased in another before revealing that she she will be working alongside an inspirational team for the upcoming project.

Lauren has since shared 10 additional posts to the account to hype up the range, some of which include captions with inspirational quotes.

‘Inhale the future, exhale the past #refine #jewellery #love #newstart,’ one reads.

Sources close to Lauren have told Daily Mail Australia that she has been ‘working hard’ sourcing pieces for the upcoming collection for months, while another said she decided to ‘jump the gun and announce it early’.

Lauren did not respond to multiple requests when approached about her jewelry line, but deleted any mention of the brand from her Instagram biography.

Lauren made headlines back in February when she denied rumours she’d split from Jimmy, 37, by changing the profile picture to a photo with the retired AFL star.

They had been the subject of break-up rumours in December after fans noticed it’d been months since Jimmy had shared a photo with his girlfriend on social media.

The couple’s last photo together on Jimmy’s account was taken in March last year, during their holiday in Japan.

Meanwhile, Nadia was noticeably absent from the star-studded Bar Bambi’s launch night in Melbourne last Thursday.

Nadia only recently returned to Instagram to spruik her fashion label, after keeping an incredibly low profile since her ‘snorting scandal’ came to light.

She was filmed by her business partner Ellie Pearson breaking Melbourne’s lockdown and snorting white powder at an illegal gathering at a friends house back in September.

Ellie accidentally uploaded the footage on her Instagram page, with Nadia breaking her silence with a public apology one day later.

At the time private and public gatherings were not permitted in Melbourne, where Bartel lives, under Victoria’s Covid restrictions.

Nadia’s apology – which included an appeal for forgiveness from health workers – appeared to confirm the gathering was held on Thursday, September 2.

A later report claimed the video first found its way online due to Ellie having a cracked phone screen.

It’s alleged she was attempting to send the video to her sister; however, because her phone screen was damaged, she hit the wrong buttons.

As a result, the clip was posted to both Instagram and Facebook, and was online for about 10 minutes before being deleted, the Sydney Morning Herald reported.

But it was quickly copied by others and shared around.
