Meanwhile, Simon’s partner Lauren Silverman looked fabulous in a tropical-print bikini as she watched the action from a nearby boat.
The doting mum, 43, showed off her incredible figure in the strapless two-piece while looking on proudly as her youngest son zipped along the water with his X Factor boss dad.

The family appeared to be having a whale of a time as they soaked up the sun while riding the waves amid the idyllic setting.
Simon appeared in his element as he zipped along the water on his jet ski, while little Eric took a leaf out of his father’s book by doing some water sports of his own.
The music mogul flashed a dazzling smile as he rode past, showing off his excellent skills on the water vessel.
Simon also displayed the results of his four stone weight loss, going shirtless for the occasion and adding a pair of white swimming trunks.

Eric was clad in a blue life jacket and held onto the reigns of his board, which appeared to be pulled along by another boat
Eric, who also donned a white beach top and patterned blue shorts, looked delighted and couldn’t stop smiling as he rode alongside his dad.
Meanwhile, Lauren looked content to enjoy the action from a nearby boat, where she was joined by her pals.
The beauty teamed her stylish leaf-print swimwear with a wide-brimmed straw hat and oversized dark sunglasses.
Lauren’s eldest son Adam, 15, whom she shares with her ex husband Andrew Silverman, didn’t appear to be present on the boat trip. The family were joined by a host of friends and crew.

Their latest Caribbean holiday comes after Simon vowed to do everything he can to ensure he makes a full recovery following breaking his back.
Simon was left bedridden for months after a electric bike accident at his Malibu home in August last year.
The record executive now walks for several hours a day and holds business meetings at 9AM so that he no longer lives like a ‘vampire’.

Of his new fitness regime, a source told MailOnline: ‘Simon said how he hasn’t worn trainers as much as this in 20 years.
‘He feels fitter than ever before and is keeping to a normal routine rather than being on the phone until into the early hours of the morning.’

And of the pregnancy, he admitted: ‘This was not something I planned. But I remember going to the first scan with Lauren.
‘I called him Tad because he looked like a tadpole. Something just kicked in. I felt unbelievably protective of both of them. I just absolutely wanted him. I just hadn’t known that before.’
