    Mountain Escapes – The Finest Hotels and Retreats from the Alps to the Andes, published by teNeues (www.teneues.com), showcases jaw-dropping retreats set amid breathtaking mountain landscapes that are beyond your wildest dreams.

    More than 50 hotels are featured in the tome, including a sensational South African safari camp; a hotel in Bali with one of the most beautiful swimming pools in the world; an Australian retreat set amid the splendour of the Blue Mountains; a breathtaking chalet built from Swiss pine and natural stone on a mountain plateau in Austria, and a hotel in Peru with rooms scattered amid orchid trails and tea fields.

Guests can also choose to stay in suites with hot plunge pools -'and explore Incan trails that wind through waterfalls, gardens, and wild forest right outside their front door'
