Lena Dunham basks in newlywed glow after marrying Luis Felber: 'Still wearing white a week later'

One week after her surprise wedding to musician Luis Felber, Lena Dunham is still excited by being a new bride.

The 35-year-old Girls creator took to her Instagram account to share three Stories posts with her 2.8 million followers Saturday.

The writer first uploaded a photo of challah bread and wrote, ‘This was certainly the most delicious wedding gift…’

All dressed in white: One week after her surprise wedding, Lena Dunham is still excited by being a new bride

The newlywed tagged the baker Challah Dolly in the image of the loaf sitting on a stove with a knife in view. 

In a second photo the New York native sat in a room, surrounded by wedding gifts. 

The bride wore a white teddy and a white sweater as she sat perched on a white couch and drank from a classic Coke bottle. 

‘I wish this Saturday was what every Saturday was like,’ the actress captioned the shot.

In front of a large window there was a pile of gift bags, gift wrap tissue, and bubble wrap. 

The 5ft3in cutie’s brown hair was pulled up, with some of her bangs left out at the front.

Spread out on a beige rug in front of her there was a framed black and white photo, cups, and other trinkets and gifts.

In a final picture, Lena took a selfie in a satin white pants set with ostrich feather trimming on the cuffs of the top and at the hem of the bottoms. 

‘What ***hole is still wearing white a week later?’ she asked rhetorically before tagging and thanking the clothing brand 16Arlington. 

There was a soft glow from a light behind her as she held a ringed finger to her head, exposing her tattooed wrist.  

Dunham and Felber tied the knot in London on September 25 after several months of dating. 

Lena and Luis said ‘I do’ beneath a makeshift chuppah at Soho’s Union Club after just one month of planning. 

Lena says an estimated 60 guests were in attendance and she had nine bridesmaids by her side, which included the likes of Tommy Dorfman, sister-in-law Alma-Kori Felber, and Taylor Swift.
