Machine Gun Kelly will avoid getting charged for an alleged altercation with a parking lot attendant after authorities determined there was not enough evidence to make a case.

L.A. City Attorney’s Office has decided they will not go forward will charges due to a lack of ‘reasonable likelihood of conviction,’ according to TMZ.

Kelly – real name Colson Baker – will still have to deal with a civil lawsuit from the alleged victim, who claims the rapper, 31, pushed him while shooting his film Good Mourning With A U with friend Mod Sun in LA.

Reports John Martin Tilli, 49, sued the singer for assault, battery, negligence and elder abuse emerged last month via TMZ.

Sources claim the accusations as false, however.

Tilli alleged that MGK got aggressive and pushed him after he asked if MGK had a permit to film his movie ‘Good Mourning With A U’ on August 23 in a Studio City parking lot, according to court documents.

Tilli then claimed that he asked MGK if he had a permit to film before learning from the bank branch that he did not have permission, according to the lawsuit.

The lawsuit claimed that Tilli informed MGK’s crew that they needed a permit and asked them to leave.
