    Manu Feildel’s jewellery designer wife Clarissa offloads her Waterloo investment property for $1.06 million ahead of its scheduled auction


    Former My Kitchen Rules judge Manu Feildel’s wife Clarissa Weerasena has offloaded her Waterloo investment property ahead of its scheduled November 3 auction. 

    According to The Sunday Telegraph, the jewellery designer has pocketed upwards of $1.06million for the two-bedroom complex.

    The 121 squared metre split level apartment features a self-contained studio including bedroom, home office, bathroom and a private courtyard.

    The complex was designed in 2013 and offers resort style facilities including a heated pool, gym, steam and sauna.

    With a great community feel, its located a short walk from Moore Park, The Entertainment Quarter and The Grounds of Alexandria.

    The apartment has raw concrete ceilings and wide-board timber floors.

    Clarissa purchased the investment property in 2013 for $632,000.

    Manu and Clarissa have lived in Maroubra since paying $1.9 million in 2015. 

    The smitten pair married in a secret ceremony in January 2018.

    The wedding featured Manu’s 14-year-old son Jonti as a groomsman and the couple’s three-year-old daughter Charlee as a flower girl.

    Manu was previously in a 12-year relationship with Ronnie Morshead, with whom he shares son Jonti.

    The news comes just weeks after the celebrity chef hit back at critics following his shock voluntary exit from Channel Seven’s military style series, SAS Australia.

    The post continued: ‘Your character is who you are. Your reputation is who people think you are.’ 

    He dramatically handed in his number to chief instructor Ant Middleton, surrounded by his fellow recruits, after an underwater challenge was revealed. 

    ‘I came on this course to prove something to myself, and I just realised I don’t need to prove anything,’ Manu boldly said to the camera shortly after his exit.

    ‘I’ve got a f**king good life. I’ve got a f**king good life, and I want it back,’ he added. 

    Manu still got paid in full despite only lasting two days on the popular Seven series.

    It’s been revealed Feildel was only ever required to spend two days on the show to fulfil the obligations of the network contract he has had with Channel 7 since 2010.
