Marcus Rashford enjoys some downtime at Parklife Festival in Manchester with best pal Jesse Lingard

Best friends Marcus Rashford and Jesse Lingard enjoyed some downtime on Sunday as they spent the day at Parklife Festival.

The Manchester United football players looked buoyant at Heaton Park as they watched Migos, an American hip hop trio.

Marcus, 23, and Jesse, 28, seemingly carried their good spirits over from the day before, following Man U’s 4-1 win against Newcastle.

The sportsmen lapped up the good music and Jesse stopped to savour the moments on his phone.

Parklife Festival is held annually in Manchester and is co-founded by Sacha Lord.

Last March, the organisers announced that it was cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic – the same story across the board for all similar events.
