Food recalls are issued when a product is unsafe for customers to use or it could cause harm to someone with allergies. Marks and Spencer is the latest supermarket to recall three popular products; Sticky BBQ Wings, Chinese Style Wings and packs of 20 Cocktail Sausage Rolls. Here’s everything you need to know.

M&S continued: “Any customers in possession of this product who have a soya allergy or intolerance, or who wish to exchange the product, can return it to their nearest store where a full refund will be given.”

The FSA advises: “If you have bought the above products and have an allergy to soya, do not eat them.

“Instead return them to the store from where they were bought for a full refund.”

M&S said no other products are affected alongside these two and apologise to our customers for any inconvenience caused.

For more information, customers are asked to contact M&S on 0333014855.

M&S is not the only supermarket to have recalled products this week.

Asda asked customers who bought their Maple Flavour Pork Belly Slices to return them to store.

The supermarket giant said the product contained undeclared wheat (gluten).
