Martha has been doing Pilates to strengthen her core and that her personal trainer boyfriend, Michael Brunelli, has been helping her exercise.

Last year, she opened up about body image in a powerful Instagram post wearing nothing but a pair of white briefs, and said she was ‘a few kilos heavier’ than she used to be.

She made the empowering decision to post the photo after she had her own crisis of confidence when a troll labelled her ‘chubby’.

‘I normally shrug the trolls off but this one got to me. ⁣It turned into two weeks of stress, self-hatred and unhappiness,’ she said.

Martha went on to encourage her followers to feel comfortable in their own skin.

‘My message to you, and the purpose of this post, is that if you’re feeling bad about the snacks you’ve eaten, the workouts you haven’t done and the number on the scale… self loathing won’t fix s**t, trust me!’ she wrote.

‘I’m not looking for sympathy or reassurance… I want you to know that putting on weight is not the end of the world, and if people on social media have something to say about your weight they best have a set of abs or they can f**k right off!’
