    And Megan Thee Stallion brought the heat into autumn with her in a sizzling new album she posted to her Instagram page on Friday.

    The 26-year-old was a sizzling sensation as she showed off her curves in skintight workout gear for her Nike brand endorsement.

    She posed up a storm against a brightly colored geometric background that brought back memories of the disco era. 

    In one of her pictures she could be seen on a yoga mat exercising with Tara A. Nicolas who works as a fitness trainer for Nike.

    ‘The Hot Girl Coach is back,’ Megan declared saying: ‘We working our core, booty, thighs, toes, elbows, everything, It’s time to work.’

    She plugged the Nike Training Club app where her workouts would be appearing, plus some of the brand’s workout apparel.

    In a new ad for her Nike campaign Megan dished about the strenuous exercise regimen she has managed to maintain. 

    She has to ‘run through 12-hour dance rehearsals. Train five days a week. Then perform in front of 50,000 people squatting 50 percent of the time.’

    Her current physique ‘didn’t happen overnight,’ she said, remembering how when she was growing up she struggled to find a workout that suited her.

    She ‘tried’ track, volleyball and basketball ‘but they just weren’t for me. I knew I had to find my passion and do what made me happy.’

    The rap star was recently interviewed by Tyra Banks for the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue as they sat together in a hot tub.

    has just become the first rapper to cover the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue – which Tyra was the first black woman to cover. 

    During the interview Tyra also asked her subject about the differences between Megan and the persona ‘Megan Thee Stallion.’

    ‘I feel like it is not a difference really between Megan and Megan Thee Stallion because what you see with me is what you get,’ Megan responded.

    ‘I have grown into the woman that I am. I am not perfect. I ain’t tell nobody I was perfect. I don’t want nobody to think I’m perfect.’

    The Savage hitmaker continued: ‘So that’s why I don’t mind showing my real hair, I don’t mind being so body positive, I don’t mind speaking to anybody because this is me. Like I just so happen to rap and y’all just so happen to like it.’
