    Mia Fevola gets vaccinated against COVID-19 despite her ‘needle phobia’ and shows off her vaccine card as she encourages fans to do the same


    Mia Fevola put on a brave face and rolled her arm up to receive her COVID-19 vaccine this week.

    Posting to Instagram on Tuesday, the 21-year-old influencer felt compelled to tell fans she got the jab despite her crippling ‘needle phobia.’

    In a selfie, Mia smiles as she proudly holds onto her vaccine card.

    ‘Needle phobia really came out to play…’ she wrote before adding a ‘let’s get vaccinated’ sticker to her post.

    A closer look at the the image shows that Mia got the Pfizer vaccine – one which is recommended for young adults between 16-39 years of age.

    And it appears this past month has been an emotional one for the influencer, who recently farewelled her AFL star boyfriend Jamarra Ugle-Hagan.

    In footage shared in August, Mia is seen shedding tears before saying goodbye to the Western Bulldogs player, as he prepared to jet off to Tasmania to play a game against Essendon.

    ‘Tough goodbye… I’ll see ya when I see ya @jamarrauh,’ she captioned the post at the time.

    The video shows the couple enjoying a passionate kiss before Mia breaks down crying.

    Underneath, Jamarra wrote back to his girl, saying: ‘Love ya’.

    Mia and Jamarra, 18, have gone strength-to-strength after debuting their romance in March.   

    Things are so good between the two, Mia’s stepfather Brendan recently shared his thoughts about his little girl’s blossoming new romance. 

    In a June interview with Triple M Footy, he said of Jamarra: ‘He does the dishes, he washes, he does everything, he’s amazing.’

    He added: ‘He’s got some strings to his bow, I’ve got to give it to him. Good kid.’
