Situated on the banks of Lake Geneva, the temporary exhibition showcases how manga has influenced its relationship with sport and learn all about Japan.

The Museum, in cooperation with the Angoulême International Comics Festival, will be exploring this relationship through manga and how the coronavirus pandemic impacted the year-long postponement to the games.

With its unique atmosphere and decor, the Sport X Manga exhibition shines a spotlight on sports manga, a genre that has influenced how sport is practised in Japan since the end of the Second World War.

The entire Museum has been redecorated in the colours of Tokyo 2020, and the temporary exhibition space is devoted to this historic Games edition.
