‘I’m about three hours after post-op,’ Hart said. ‘Feel awesome, understandably, pains meds, anesthesia, all that stuff. Been up on my feet three times now. This one’s been a breeze, even the back one was pretty easy.’

The Inked writer underwent surgery to replace a disc in his back last month.

Specifically, Hart had an M6 disc replacement — a procedure in which an artificial disc is placed in the spine that mimic’s its natural structure and movement.

Hart also went on to thank the staff at DISC Sports & Spine Center for all their work and said he should be home soon.

‘I got to stay the night tonight. I got a drain in my neck and then I’ll be out of here, on my way home, by morning time,’ the extreme sports star said.

He posted other photos keeping his followers updated on his condition including one where his foot was elevated and a Starbucks oatmeal sat in front of him with a Red Bull to the right of it.

He also showed a pictured he posted to his Snapchat story of himself holding a container of his own blood with text written on the post that ready, ‘Anyone want an organic Bloody Mary?’

Hart previously said he had to get the surgeries because doctors thought he compression-fractured his lower spine ‘at least 10 to 12 times.’

He previously thanked Pink for all her help during his surgeries saying, ‘To my amazing wife/nurse who has taken amazing care of me through all of this. I love you baby.’

The pair share son Jameson, 4, and daughter Willow, 10.

Enduring a 30-year plus career in motocross, Hart has undergone at least eight procedures including a spinal surgery in 2014, an unspecified back procedure in 2019 and a rotator cuff surgery in August 2020.

He told Rolling Stone in 2014 ‘I’ve broken everything you could imagine,’ but above all it’s his love for his craft that keeps him going.

‘I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been laying in the dirt, something broken, bone sticking out, just thinking “Why the f**k do I keep doing this?” But you go to the hospital, you get stitched up, or bolted back together, and you go home and heal, and eventually you start to forget the injury and start to miss your motorcycle.’

Hart had previously said on the Boozed And Bruised podcast in 2017 that ‘he stopped counting his broken bones when he got into the eighties.’
