Pregnant Christina Ricci shows off her growing bump and jokes that she's already 'over it'

Pregnant Christina Ricci treated her followers to a look at her growing bump and maternity style.

The 41-year-old actress — who first announced her pregnancy in August — shared a shot of herself from the side in a spotted orange dress and leggings.

She joked that she was ‘over it’ 31 weeks in (nearly eight months) and said her pregnancy style was ‘heavily influenced by feral cats and gummy bears.’

In the snap the Black Snake Moan actress was seen in a feminine long sleeved dress with a black bow sash sitting just above her bump. 

She flashed her gold wedding band — just one week after marrying partner Mark Hampton, 37, on October 9 —and showed off wet hair from the shower. 

Christina and the industry professional hairstylist tied the knot in Los Angeles as they both posted wedding snaps with Ricci writing ‘Mr. and Mrs’ with a chapel selfie and Mark writing ‘#justmarried.’ 

Though it is unclear when the two first began dating she debuted him on Instagram in July with a birthday tribute as she called him ‘favorite person, gorgeous human, bringer of all things happy, magical and good.’ 

Less than one month later she revealed they were expecting as she posted a photo of her sonogram and wrote ‘Life keeps getting better.’

Growing: The Prozac Nation star showed off her bump on August 25, and the pregnancy marks her first child with Mark, but she also has seven-year-old son Freddie with estranged husband James Heerdegen 

In August she said of her pregnancy experience: ‘I feel good. I have really terrible acid reflux right now. My ankles are the size of my neck. But other than that, I’ve been pretty good.’ 

Ricci is also mom to seven-year-old son Freddie Heerdegen with her estranged husband James Heerdegen. 

She filed to divorce Heerdegen in July 2020 after seven years of marriage citing irreconcilable differences, and days prior she had obtained an emergency protective order after she alleged a domestic battery incident occurred.  

In January 2021 she was granted a restraining order against him after she accused him of physically abusing her, adding that she hid knives in their home in fear he would ‘kill her’ after he allegedly made a comment about her being ‘dismembered into small pieces.’   

Heerdegen had also alleged abuse on her end and attempted to get a restraining order that same month but was denied. He alleged that the actress abuses alcohol and prescription drugs, making her a danger to their young son.

The former pair reached a custody agreement in April 2021 with Ricci getting sole legal custody and Heerdegen getting supervised visitation rights.
