Princess Diana's twin nieces Amelia and Eliza Spencer dazzle London’s social scene

On Thursday evening, Lady Amelia and Eliza Spencer wowed as they attended Tatler’s prestigious Little Black Book party. The twin relatives of the late Diana, Princess of Wales, also appeared together on the cover of the magazine earlier this year.

The 29-year-olds are daughters of Diana’s younger brother Earl Spencer and cousins of Prince William and Harry.

The sisters are no strangers to “society bible” Tatler after Eliza was dubbed one of the magazine’s most eligible singletons in their annual list.

It comes after her sister Amelia recently moved to the capital from South Africa with her fiancé Greg Mallett.

For the event hosted with Michael Kors at Mayfair’s Tramp nightclub, both women opted for glamorous sparkling outfits.

Amelia wore a gold shimmering long-sleeved dress that accentuated her figure, and these were teamed with black block heels.

Her make-up look was equally stunning featuring winged black eyeliner and pale pink lip and was finished off with some light bronzer and highlighter.

Her sister looked equally as stylish and also wore something sparkly for the magazine’s party.

Eliza donned a sparkling black polo neck paired with cigarette trousers and killer black heels.

“You’re guaranteed to have a best friend there always – you can’t really compare it to anything else.”

The twins are both signed to Storm Model Management and grew up with their father and mother Victoria Aitken in Constantia.

Following their parents split, the sisters have spent a significant amount of time in the UK.

Tatler’s Little Black Book party aimed to mark the magazine’s annual guide of the 200 “hottest dates in the land”.

The list included others with a royal or regal connection including the Duke of Westminster, Lady Lola Bute and Prince Edward’s daughter Lady Louise Windsor.

Lady Amelia and Lady Eliza appeared elsewhere on the social circuit this week after they both attended the Leopard Awards in London on Tuesday evening.

The twins opted for matching silver dresses as they walked the red carpet at the award show in aid of The Princes Trust.

The gala reception began with a video message from Prince Charles, 72, who has led the charity for 45 years after founding the organisation in 1976.

Amelia wore a floor-length sequin dress while her sister Eliza opted for a knee-high dress and a longline white blazer worn draped over her shoulders.
