    Rihanna brings back the Seventies in hot pants and platforms as she announces limited edition vinyl ‘Rih-Issue’ of ALL her past studio albums


    Rihanna posted a smoldering Instagram album Thursday that saw her sprawling lovingly over an array of LPs on the floor.

    The 33-year-old pop star was announcing the ‘Rih-Issue’ – new limited edition vinyl versions of all her old albums available for sale online now. 

    For its social media promo she brought back the 1970s in a pair of black platform high-heeled boots teamed with saucy fishnet stockings.

    Her retro chic ensemble included what in the Seventies were referred to as ‘hot pants,’ plus a black top with a psychedelic print.

    Sharpening her screen siren features with makeup, she let her blonde locks fall free behind her as she lounged on her back on the floor.

    Leaning fully into the throwback theme she struck an imperious pose while smoking a cigarette and relaxing in a blue shag armchair.  

    She crossed her legs to throw her sky-high platforms into relief and modeled a sleek black leather jacket while sitting for the camera.

    In the caption of her Instagram post the Barbadian bombshell joked: ‘”Today’s kids will never know what vinyl is” , they said!’ 

    Rihanna is is selling all the vinyl albums from her ‘Rih-Issue’ on her website along with selections from her merchandise.

    Each album comes with a piece of clothing, forming package deals that are priced at at least $100 apiece, with some combos costing even more than that.

    Beginning with her debut Music Of The Sun in 2005 Rihanna has released eight studio albums – but the last one Anti dropped all the way back in 2016.

    Her fans have been clamoring for another record ever since and although she has occasionally teased new music she has still declined to release another album.

    In recent years she has been channeling her energy instead into her beauty and apparel business including her body positive lingerie line Savage X Fenty.

    Savage X Fenty chief marketing and design officer Christiane Pendarvis has told Business Insider they will ‘absolutely’ open brick-and-mortar stores next year.

    She raised the subject of ‘customers who don’t feel comfortable purchasing online’ and pointed out: ‘Fit and comfort are so important.’ 

    As far as her personal life goes Rihanna is currently carrying on a relationship with A$AP Rocky whom she had been friends with for years.
