    Yet Rita Ora opted for a far more low-key look on Thursday, as she was spotted leaving The Mercer Hotel New York City in an uncharacterisically casual outfit.

    The singer, 30, was wearing an A.P.C black hooded jacket with a pair of matching tracksuit bottoms with chunky white trainers.

    Rita wore her blonde locks in loose beachy waves, while she accessorised the ensemble with a selection of gold chains worn around her neck.

    The hitmaker wore a navy Met Gala 2012 cap and covered her face with a pair of large black sunglasses and a camouflage print mask. 

    Rita’s outing comes after she gave a rare insight into her relationship with Thor director, Taika Waititi, 46.

    Speaking to Australian Vogue magazine, Rita said she was in a ‘great place’ in her life when asked about her romance. 

    The chart-topper told the fashion bible: ‘I’m in a great place in my life, that’s all I’m going to say about that’.

    Rita, who dated DJ Calvin Harris before splitting in 2014, also explained she had learnt a lot about dating during her previous failed romances.

    The couple were first linked in April after the singer jetted to Australia to work on The Voice. 

    Taika was previously married to New Zealand film producer Chelsea Winstanley from 2011 to 2018.
